The deck chair is making its debut on the wing.

Surely nobody wants to miss this moment.

Every bit of common sense in me tells me we'll get beat about 6-0 tomorrow.........

So I reckon it will be an incredible 3-2 Stour win, Workington will then beat them and take the title on Saturday, and they'll lose in the play offs for the 475th consecutive year.

Remember folks, you read it here first.

I'm already outside the ground DA with my FCUM scarf and shirt on. Getting ready to dish out levels of abuse towards Stour players never seen before. Oh FC United. Tonight is the night WE get promotion. Enjoy the Pritt stick league next year Glass Men as we get back to back promotions. Embarassed Rolling Eyes

Seriously...it would be great to delay their party.

Glassboys to make biggest shock in football history by beating the illegitimate off-spring of the evil empire, causing the sound of bursting bubbles to be heard across the planet.

If you've travelled in a replica shirt to FC UTD tonight you may well get a game!

I'd hide until after kick off if I were you :-)

Listened on FCUM radio (as far as possible). Sounds like we put a proper shift in tonight. No disgrace in that result.

Yeah losing to the champions 1-0 is not a result that deserves the inevitable witch hunt

"I said yesterday (last night) to a Stourbridge fan if they played like that every week they'd be champions"-FCUM Forum.

Very complimentary of Knighty too. Grass isnt always greener folks.

Listened to the game on FCUM radio, even if it wasn't easy to listen to.  The commentators on their where saying how surprised they were that a team who had got nothing to really play for could be so good, and until they scored I think that they were actually getting worried.  Even after their goal I think they still thought we might come back and equalize.

But it sounded like an excellent performance all round from the team, and all we can do for once is congratulate them.  The only obvious question people are likely to ask is how come they only conceded 2 goals against this team over both games, yet they conceded more against teams lower down the table in 1 game.  Just goes to show what a funny game football can be Very Happy
